Return & Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and — where reasonably possible — in its original packaging.
The product must not fall under an exclusion from the right of withdrawal.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via: info@conscent.nl.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for return.
You will then receive further return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product:
The full purchase amount, excluding original shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that are custom-made or personalized.
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Products with a limited shelf life or that deteriorate quickly.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos if possible.
